Point Pleasant Borough Fire Company #2

JUNIORS

       Fire Explorers are students between the ages of 14 through 17, who wish to learn about fire fighting. Members have the opportunity to train with active firefighters, become CPR and Defibrillator certified. Members are able to respond to actual emergency's on board are apparatus. Explorers will be issued there own fire gear as well as a fire pager to alert them of a fire call. Explorer post 41 is managed by a Fire Explorer Captain and Fire Explorer Lieutenant. These two explorers are elected by there peers to manage the post. The Explorers are over seen by 3 advisor's who assist with training and outings. Recent Trips this post has participated in was a day long trip to several different FDNY Company's such as Squad 41.
